Crafting Your Wedding in Los Cabos, Mexico

Crafting Unforgettable Moments

Here is what I know after twenty years in Cabo: your wedding deserves to become the most important weekend of your life. Not the wedding you saw on someone else’s feed, recreated in a new location. The one that surprises you, moves you, and marks the moment everything changed for your family.

That is the work I have given the last two decades to. And I love it more now than I did when I started.

I know Cabo from the bottom of my heart. I know the light here at five o’clock in the afternoon, the way it hits the Sierra behind a ceremony arch. I know which beaches turn golden at sunset and which ones hold their color into the evening. I know the restaurants whose chefs will come to your rehearsal dinner and make your guests remember it ten years later. I know the vendors who say yes and mean it. I know this place the way you know your own home, not from a marketing deck, but from living here, building here, and having produced more than a thousand weddings inside its geography.

That knowledge is not something you can hire. It is something you inherit when you work with a studio that has been here the whole time.

We are a planning and design house.

What that means in practice: we hold the creative vision, we produce the design, and we operate the event from the first conversation to the last guest leaving the farewell brunch. We have our own floral studio. We have our own rental warehouse. We have our own production team that moves through every element of an event.

And alongside all of that, we coordinate closely with the wedding professionals and venues whose work elevates everything we do. The photographers and videographers whose work has defined how destination weddings are seen. The hair and makeup artists who travel with us across the country. The stationery ateliers I trust with your first impression. The chefs whose menus couples remember ten years later. The audiovisual and entertainment production companies that engineer the spectacle. The venues, resorts, private estates, and oceanfront properties whose teams I know by name.

The combination is what sets this work apart. We have the internal capability to hold a single creative vision across your entire weekend. We have the relationships with high-level partners who go the extra mile because they know us, they trust us, and they understand the standard our weddings are built to.

That is the network that elevates everything. That is what I get genuinely excited about: assembling the right people for your wedding, knowing them deeply, and watching them create something none of us could have created alone.

You deserve to work with someone who loves this place.

I do not just plan weddings in Los Cabos. I am from Mexico. I have built this studio in my own country, alongside my own people, inside a community I am part of. That changes everything about the work. It changes how I talk to a chef about regional cuisine. It changes how I source flowers and textiles and design elements that feel authentically rooted instead of like decoration borrowed from somewhere else. It changes how I move through this landscape with respect for what it actually is, not what Instagram says it should be.

When you work with me, you are not getting a planner who learned Cabo from a destination wedding blog. You are getting a Mexican designer who knows this country, who respects this place, and who is going to make sure your wedding reflects both.

Every couple, every wedding, full attention.

We have produced weddings for people whose names you would recognize. We have also produced weddings for couples who found us through a friend’s recommendation or a saved Instagram post. The work is the same in both directions. Every couple receives the same level of thoughtfulness, the same hand-drawn floor plans at midnight, the same willingness to redesign something three times because the first two versions were not quite right.

Your wedding is not a Saturday in Los Cabos. It is a passage in your family’s life. We treat it that way.

Where do we go from here?

If you are imagining a wedding in Cabo and you want it to feel like your wedding — not someone else’s wedding recreated in the same location — then let’s talk. Tell me about the two of you. Tell me what moves you. Tell me the wedding you are almost sure about, and the parts you are still figuring out. Tell me what you love about Cabo, and what you are nervous about. And then let me show you what is possible when someone who actually knows this place gets to work.

I would love to hear from you. This is my favorite part of the year.

With Care,
